Together, we’ll gently release unhealthy trapped memories (trauma or PTSD) from your body and mind – to make way for greater ease, freedom, and serenity.
Specifically, I will help you reclaim your life with a three-phase process:
Phase I
Together, we’ll work to help you normalize your experience.
We’ll create inner safety by providing valuable tools to manage your nervous system as well as difficult emotions when they arise.
Then, we’ll explore nonverbal ways to foster emotional regulation and coping tools in the event of a flare-up.
Phase II
In this phase, I’ll help you safely remember your traumatic experience while cultivating a sense of safety.
You’ll have time to mourn and process the event through various embodied guidance. Time to remap a new understanding of the trauma, so you can develop perspective regarding what happened.
Then, we’ll rewire your brain, helping it to desensitize the experience of trauma; and you’ll transform into a healthy observer/witness – without reliving the trauma.
Phase III
Finally, we’ll define your new essence!
Releasing any attachments to the trauma, you’ll develop and integrate the power of success, transformation, and the resiliency of the human spirit.
You’ll cultivate forgiveness, compassion, and self-love – you’ll enjoy a new sense of self and brighter future.
